Our Evaluation
Baan Chai Hadd is one of those rare developments in which the builder really is thinking of his buyers when designing and building each house. These properties are three storey, fully furnished and with just 2 bedrooms including the roof top jacuzzi, they are for discerning buyers who value style, space and location. Dongtarn beach is far superior to Pattaya town beach and the locale around the development is quiet and upmarket. If you wish to be close to Pattaya but not in the thick of it, you should certainly consider Baan Chai Hadd.
Location
Baan Chai-Hadd is located on a private road next to Beach Road on Soi 6, just a stone's throw from Dongtarn beach and quite near to Jomtien beach. Pattaya town is a short drive if and when you want to be in the thick of the downtown nightlife.
The Development
Each property can only be accessed through security manned electric gates which lead to your own driveway. Plotsof between 210-275 square metres, except plot 5 which is around 320 sq metres and villas of approx. 185 square metres provide plenty of space for living.
