Five years ago it was possible to find blocks of land in Khao Takiab, even after all beach land in Hua Hin town was sold. In 2008 you can find new hotels, condominiums and villas along the roads and small sois leading down to the beach. It is truly a rare find when a block of land of this size and location comes on to the market.

The land is close to Jamchuree condominium and the Anantasila hotel for those who know Khao Takiab. The block has two sides to the road which presents easy access from either side. The square shape of the land also makes it an easy block to work with in terms of building design or development.
