90-Day Non-Immigrant Visa to Thailand is issued to foreigners who wish to enter Thailand for business, investment, study, retirement and other purposes. This type of visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and allows the visa holder to stay in Thailand for a maximum of 90 days. You will have the ability to extend your stay for 7 days and to obtain the extension of stay.

Applicants for 90-Day Non-Immigrant Visa to Thailand must demonstrate that they are neither a public or security threat to the Thai government. Applicants must be physically present in the country where they lodge their visa application.
An invitation or confirmation letter to clarify the purpose of travel issued by the concerned organization.
A passport with at least six-month validity from the date of your intended arrival in Thailand
Proof of financial funds and travel itinerary
Additional supporting document requested by the Royal Thai Embassy or consulate
Holders of a 90-Day Non Immigrant Visa can convert their existing visa to a one year extension of stay (work visa, retirement, marriage, etc). Some non-immigrant visas may be obtained within Thailand if you meet the requirements.
